This is a cute little apt/condo for retirees, small families, singles. Great handy location, only 4 units in bldg. Hoa isn't monthly but collect in summer for yard maintance. Roof was put on about 8-9 years ago. I haven't pulled restrictions yet but understand there is no smoking inside the building, or no pets. Perfect little home for someone.....cute.
