Long-Term Stay Rates for any of our lofts are estimated and billed on a nightly basis. The price listed is an estimate for a One-Bedroom Loft on a 30-night stay and a final quote will vary depending on your arrival and departure dates, guests in your party, and loft chosen. Long-Term Stay Rates are subject to State of Maine lodging taxes, unless your situation is uniquely tax exempt. Long-Term Stay Rates require a minimum stay of 14 or more nights. The lofts are fully furnished, including kitchenwares, linens, and towels. Weekly cleaning service will be provided to exchange towels and linens. All items and furnishings are the property of The Docent's Collection and shall not be removed from the loft. Convenient On-Property Parking is available to guests at $60 per night. 50% of payment is due at the time of confirmation. A valid credit card is required for payment. The remaining 50% will be due 30-days prior to arrival or immediately upon confirmation (if booked within 30 days of arrival).
