Utilities and Lawn Care Responsibilities: Tenant(s) shall be solely responsible for the connection, payment, and maintenance of all utilities serving the Premises, including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, gas, internet, and trash removal. Tenant(s) shall also be responsible for all lawn care and landscaping maintenance for the Premises, ensuring the property's exterior is kept neat and tidy. 2. Tenant(s) agree to use this area responsibly and maintain it in a clean condition. 4.
