The lot is not covered, and the gate may remain open at times. The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring guests to go to the 1st floor for deliveries or to let in other guests. Access to the building and parking lot requires downloading a mobile app. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more dogs. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and possible reservation cancellation. No cats are allowed, and pets are not permitted on furniture. Weapons are strictly prohibited.
