The area is very walkable, with options to rent a scooter or bike for exploring the city. Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The building's shared spaces include the hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash. The elevator's digital screen displays one floor higher than selected, but floor signs verify the correct floor. There are two steps up to the bedroom hallway and two steps down to the common space. The front door is locked, requiring guests to go to the 1st floor to let others in. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out time. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved. Cameras monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
