Self-contained private Studio apartment built into existing home. I live in the existing home with my wife and young son. I remodeled an existing room in my home as a fully furnished one room studio apartment that has its own private entry with private secure outside parking right at the door. It has its own heating and cooling system for your personal comfort. It comes with all furnishings such as cookware, dinnerware and full-size kitchen. Also comes with its own washer/dryer and TV. Included is free WiFi and Netflix as well as garbage and recycling service. I am located on 3 acres and am occasionally visited by my friends such as deer, coyotes, rabbits, ducks and other wildlife friends. We are close to freeways, malls, all types of shopping and restaurants as well as parks, hospitals and clinics and public transportation. I do not host parties, nor do I smoke and only have an occasional beer. We are a quiet and private family. I prefer the monthly rental payment through Zelle due on the day of move-in. I prefer to rent to a single person, but a couple can be negotiated at an extra cost. No pets are allowed. Owner pays for water and electricity, garbage, recycling and WiFi. This is a single tenant unit. I prefer renters staying at least 3 months. $500.00 refundable damage deposit and $100.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee due at signing along with first month's rent. No smoking allowed on property. Parking for one vehicle only. No overnight visitors without owners' approval with 3 days advance notice. Only one visitor is allowed for one overnight stay if approved. Tenant is responsible for all damages at full replacement or repair costs of any and all items if cost is over the refundable deposit.
