Although the exterior of the complex is currently undergoing renovations, the interior has been renovated and looks very nice-- laminate wood flooring, tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and high-end carpet in the bedrooms. Upgraded counters, lighting, and cabinets. Updated HVAC unit. Washer and dryer inside unit. Open floor plan, in that the kitchen (with breakfast bar) opens up to the living/dining area. Though being on the 3rd floor requires you to be in good shape, it provides a great view of the trees and the pool, and a sense of safety that you would not have in a ground floor unit. Ideal tenants would be professional/graduate students or young professionals looking to be in walking distance of UF, Shands, or the VA. Renting directly from an owner, as opposed to a management company, provides you the benefit of having a single point of contact, quick responses, and no bureaucracy to deal with.
