I have to leave Des Moines and I need someone to take over my lease. It'll be ready around mid June. It is about 300-400 square feet according to the landlord. The landlords are a nice couple that are very responsive to email or phone calls. It is two blocks from Drake University so an even better location if you're a student. It's also a block from Jimmy John's, Mars Cafe, and many other places to eat. Water and heat is paid, you'd pay electricity, internet, etc. It has a stand up shower, fridge, stove, oven, stainless sink, and 3 windows. It is a nice studio! I purchased a Queen sized bed in February. You can keep it if you'd like, or I'll have it removed and donated. If interested shoot me an email or text and we can schedule a showing and get you the application to send to the landlord. The lease goes until January 31st, 2017 and is month-to-month after that. Take over lease to January 31, 2017.
