Once approved you would need to pay the security deposit of $1600 and a $45 fee for the attorney to prepare the lease. Before move in you would have to pay the First full month's rent of $1500 and if there is an owner approved pet the non-refundable pet fee. Owner will consider a dog on a case by case basis, no dangerous breeds, with non refundable pet fee of $275.
