    What's special

    There is less than two months left on our lease, but we are paying the cheapest rate. Take over our lease, and use our apartment as a base camp to find your permanent location in the area. We have lived here for a year and a half, and we have lots of good things to say about the apartment and this complex. The apartment is awesome. It's directly across from the laundry room, and it's on the first floor. It's not too far from the dumpster, but it's also secluded in the complex a lot better than many of the other apartments. There is no direct sunlight that hits any of the windows, so your plants don't catch fire, and it's easier to see the ridiculous amount of humming birds we get. It has a small patio and storage area outside. There is a dog park here, and the complex has a very pet friendly policy. The free bus has a stop nearby. The complex is nicely enclosed from outside noise, and has nice trees and shrubbery. Bike riding distance to ASU, Mill Ave., WalMart, Safeway, Frys, Sprouts and all that. Sonic and QT basically attached to the complex. Nice nearby dive bar. Lots of neighbors walking their dogs outside. The apartment itself is 790 square feet. There is storage in the living room, two closets/pantries in the hall and a sliding closet in the bedroom. Bathtub and shower. We were the first tenants to get the new Frigidaire refrigerators, which we will tragically have to pass onto you. We are among the only tenants (we believe based on interviews with other tenants) to have a digital thermostat, which works tremendously better than our old mechanical thermostat. We own a carpet cleaner and a fancy vacuum, which we use regularly. The fake wood in the kitchen and dining area is charming. The maintenance crew and office customer service are excellent. They are absolutely stellar compared to nearby complexes. Pools are nice. One covered parking spot. Eternal empty parking spots. People park their RV's in them when they visit. We kept the interior very clean, and it will still be clean when you move in. Our lease is over July 31. From there, they offer month to month up to year long lease periods if you choose to stay. Security deposit is $300 and a background check will be done one each individual over the age of 18, that costs 40.72 each and needs to be a money order. Lease goes until July 31st, you would take over mine.
