Nestled in a secluded neighborhood with easy highway access, this spacious mountain retreat offers rustic charm with modern comfort. Unwind by the fireplace, take a dip in the hot tub, enjoy mountain views from the deck, and rest well in generously sized bedrooms. Whether you're exploring nearby slopes in winter or hiking trails in summer, your perfect Tahoe escape awaits. Lease Terms: -Ski leases are either 5 months Dec 3 to May 3 or 4 months Jan 5 to May 5 2025 -Optional Long-Term Lease: 12 months at $5,200/month -US credit report and deposit check required with application. -Applicants must view the property in person before application is considered (video chat possible with waiver). -One month's rent security deposit plus all monies due at check-in. -Utility deposit, insurance, and/or pro-rated snow removal due before move-in, if applicable. -Renter responsible for internet, trash, and water. Renter also pay for gas, electricity, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service (if applicable). -Professional house cleaning required at lease end and monthly cleaning during tenancy. -Deposits refunded within 30 days after lease ends. -Renters insurance highly recommended.
