It is a secluded neighborhood, but close to highway access. This spacious mountain retreat in a quiet neighborhood offers rustic charm with modern comfort. Ski Lease is December 1 to April 30th US Credit report and deposit check are required with the application. Applicants MUST be able to view the property before the application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check-in. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 5 month lease tenants pay monthly rent plus cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. Please note, that professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
