The living room has 2 Leather Rocker Recliners, and the leather sofa also has 2 recliners to give endless options for afternoon napping. A 65-inch Smart TV in the Living Room and a 50-inch smart TV in the Master Bedroom and a 32-inch TV in the 2nd Bedroom. Free Wi-Fi for you to stream your favorite tv shows. 5 Solar tubes provide extra brightness inside the home. There is a screened lanai at the back of the courtyard for total privacy. Inside it is a patio table and 4 chairs. On the side of the courtyard is a Weber Gas Grill and another table for dining. There are also 2 zero gravity chairs to enjoy a book or just relax. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a chair, 1 Dresser and 2 Nightstands with lamps. It has a large walk-in closet, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower with a bench seat and a separate water closet. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a tall dresser, nightstand, and a large closet. Extra set of sheets for each bed and plenty of towels are provided. The Dining Room table can accommodate 4-6 people, and the bar has extra seating for 4 more. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer available for your use.
