Small (well-behaved) dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome. We do ask for a non-refundable $1500 pet deposit or $150 per month additional rent.
The garage in the back is small; you can fit a small vehicle, or it's perfect for Mountain Bike and outdoor gear storage! There is paved parking for up to three cars next to/in front of the garage, and the garage also has a power door and electric outlets for power tools, etc.
