Upstairs apt in 1928 4-unit building with original features, well maintained and with a certain charm. Great neighborhood, central, walkable. New electric washer and dryer. I own this small building and also live here (not a big-time management company). Hoping for quiet, long-term tenants and neighbors. The apartment comes with a garage in back, not convenient however for parking, better for storage, but street parking is pretty good here. I pay for water, you pay gas and electric. Stove and refrigerator also provided. No smoking.
