We recently moved out of this three bedroom two bathroom unit and did a full renovation. This is the top unit of an upstairs/downstairs duplex. Rent is $3,000 per month with utilities included, this covers Electric, Water, Wifi, a new washer and dryer in the laundry, and lawn maintenance. Each unit has separate porches and entrances. Parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles, no street parking available. The downstairs unit is a separate 3/2 unit that is used as a vacation rental. We lived in the upstairs unit for 3 years and loved it, especially the location 2 blocks back from the beach and right behind the tiki bar. We want to be very selective to find the right tenant that will enjoy the street and neighbors as much as we did. We never had issues with noise, and installed a noise barrier between the 2 units when we did a full reno downstairs several years ago, but do want to be very clear that this is shared space, and we are looking to avoid a party crowd. We are willing to consider small pets, but large dogs are probably not a great fit because of the lack of a fenced in yard and upstairs unit. We do plan to put in separate driveways and fenced in yard hopefully this next off season. Unit also can come partially furnished with a new leather couch (2022), and a king and queen wooden platform bed in the master and one guest room with new memory foam mattresses. We can sell them if needed, but are new and thought it might be convenient depending on the needs of the new tenant. We are looking for a 12 month lease minimum, hopefully with the right fit, a situation that could last longer. For inquiries or pictures please text. New baby to arrive very shortly, so forgive me if we don't respond right away Owner pays for utilities, tenants should know that there is a separate downstairs unit with separate porches and entrance, we had a noise barrier installed when we did a full renovation. We lived in this unit for 3 years with our toddler and bulldogs and absolutely love the location. The only reason we aren't turning it into a short term rental is because I do t want to risk having a party crowd above a downstairs unit, but have never had an issue since we bought the property in 2018. Hoping to find a quality tenant that will stay for at least 12 months, hopefully much longer. This unit is up 1 flight of stairs, we are hoping to fence in the back yard and put in new driveways this next off-season
