Example: If the expected rent will be $350 (Combined) Income must be at least $350 x 3.5 = $1,225 / month If your monthly income doesn't meet these requirements, you will need a Co-Signer.They will be required to fill out a Co-Signer Application. Applications are kept on file for 30 days. Once your application is approved the Security Deposit is due within 48 hours. We will then remove the location from our available list and hold it for 15 days. That gives you 15 days (or two weeks) to pay First Months Rent.
