Lawn care and snow removal are provide by tenant. Garbage, Electric and Gas to be paid by tenant. Garbage is approximately $60 every other month. Electric is about $70 per month. Gas is about $70 per month depending on hot water usage, cooking and heat usage. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. On the 5th rent is considered LATE and there is a $150 late fee.
