Hello all. I'm renting out one empty room 15x15. $700 per month. It has its own closet. There's a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a fenced in back yard. My house is in a great part of the city, it's peaceful and quiet. There is hardly any crime anywhere near here. This place also has an empty garage that is great for storage if you would like to rent space if you are a tenant. No furniture? No problem! I am trying a new thing out where I will buy a bed, dresser, bedside table, lamp, etc and if you stay here over a year I will give you those things so you can move into your next place with things you know and feel safe with. Every week I buy a pizza or takeout (we vote on what) it's free to you. You can eat it in your room or hang out for movie night. I also take on water, internet, mowing, trash cost. You will not have to pay those utilities. I try to make this a no drama, chill, home of good vibes and healing. There's enough stress out in the world, your room should be your sanctuary. There are some rules here of course: No pets No smoking in the house. No loud stuff after 10p. Clean up after yourself. Trash is on Wednesday, make sure it's put out. No shouting or drama. No stealing. You know, don't be a problem, basically. Pay rent on time. I'm just a dude trying to live life and leave it better than I found it. I rock three jobs and have a passion for learning. Got a bit of the tism. In my 40s. LGBTQ+ friendly. I'm a straight dude but you don't gotta be, just be chill with no drama and we will be alright. Hit me up if you wanna know more.
