(only 1 of 8 in the whole complex). We are looking to sublet from March 1 to July 15, 2021. The base rent is $1581.00, $2.00 for pest control and $30.00 for valet trash service per month and you will have the option for a 1 car garage attached to the same building for an additional $150.00 per month.
