Interior units are $1349 and exterior units are $1399. All have a $1200 deposit. All homes have a 1 car garage. All interior units have 2 bathrooms, and all exterior units have 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to many shops, restaurants, and highway access. Minimum lease term of 12 months. There is a $55 application fee per adult. Every person over the age of 18 must fill out their own application. We do not take vouchers. Pet Policy: 25# weight limit and there are breed restrictions and a one-pet limit.
