The bedrooms, the main bedroom has a half bath and opens into the solarium, all three bedrooms have queen beds. Fully stocked kitchen, dinning room, large lounge area, solarium and outdoor space.
This is not your typical neighborhood house, it is located at the border of the quaint and lovely Nob Hill neighborhood and the commercial district of Nob Hill which runs along Route 66, Central ave. Guests access this house from an alley which runs between Central and Silver Ave. The house is very secure, with large heavy locking gates. Originally built in the 1920's, it sits behind and shares a wall with a commercial building. There is space available there too if your need a live work situation.
The interior space is filled with original mid century modern furniture and rugs and tapestries from Morocco. The main bedroom has a window and a door that leads into a plant filled solarium. The queen bedroom has a fireplace with a cozy lounge area. And finally the smallest bedroom has a queen bed.
In addition to all of this is a longe/living room, a dinning room and a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen has new appliances and everything you'll need to cook. There is a folding twin bed for additional guests.
