Outside, a sunny balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh air from the nearby coast. A queen room, king room, and full bathroom ensure everyone has their own space. The unit is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay in sunny southern California. 2 pets are allowed at this home, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Ready for some sun, sand, and surf? Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel. This home does not have a washer or dryer. The home is in an active neighborhood on a main road, so you may experience occasional noise such as traffic, children playing, or outdoor conversations. Guests do not have access to the garage. This home does not have any parking. Street parking is available, but it can be challenging to find, especially during peak hours. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
