This new, fully furnished cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a full kitchen with adjoining family room. It also features a large upstairs loft with a desk and daybed. There is no washer/dryer in the cabin; cabin tenants share a laundry facility that is adjacent to the cabin. This cabin is located at a retreat center and is a perfect short-term rental for someone who is a working in our area (like a visiting nurse or other temporary professional). The cabin is a 10-minute drive to Independence, VA, and a 20-minute drive to Galax, VA and Sparta, NC. The lease is $1,200 per month plus utilities. Only short-term renters will be considered (3 to 6 month leases). The cabin is located in the campground area of the Oracle Institute retreat center adjacent to the New River.
