We're friendly and believe in being good neighbors. Space is for daytime use only. Hours negotiable, but approximately 7 am - 8 pm. This studio is adjacent to a full home and in a quiet neighborhood. Note that it is quite secluded as it is on a wooded lot and all homes in this neighborhood are on about 2 acres each. Restorative and inspirational location! Potential great uses include: office space, chiropratic care or other health and wellness care, art, education.... This space is not conducive to loud occupations such as rock band rehearsal or metal welding. Note it is not completely private as it houses a stairway leading to a room used for energy and healing work on a part time basis. However, complete privacy for specified hours can be worked out :) Plenty of easy parking. Multiple tenants considered, with one tenant being the lease holder. Absolutely no tobacco or drug use on the property. Will consider a dog for the right tenant (with additional fee). Available early March. One year lease preferred, though 6 months will be considered.
