This is a great apartment in a wonderful & peaceful green tree filled walking neighborhood between Wilshire and Montana. It's the only apartment in the building with its own private front patio/porch and its own entrance. Bright and airy, it has large open rooms, beautiful hardwood floors throughout and wonderful light. (It was cloudy when I took the pictures) With the living room, dining nook and master, it's all about the tall windows looking out to the street trees (and the front porch). The guest room has a big window with western light which would make it a perfect room for an office/work room. The kitchen is a good size and is bright and white with ( great tiles) a lot of cabinet space. It comes with one parking space. Unfortunately this is strictly a No dogs building, but a cat is welcome. Owner pays water, trash and gardener. Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
