Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within the premises or on any adjoining property (e.g., balconies, patios). Furthermore, no animals or pets of any kind are permitted on the premises without the Landlord's prior written consent. The Landlord may enter the premises to perform inspections, make repairs, or show the property to prospective tenants or buyers. Except in cases of emergency, the Landlord will provide the Tenant with at least 48 hours' notice before entry. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within 30 days of lease termination, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or cleaning charges necessary to restore the unit to its initial move-in condition. This agreement has a 1 fixed term starting from 12/01/2025. To terminate tenancy, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with at least 60 days' written notice before the end of the lease term.
