This is a 450 square foot, second floor, studio unit with hardwood floors in the kitchen and living area and new tile in the bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been updated. There is a gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is off street parking, heat is paid, laundry in the building and the location is amazing. The unit will be ready for occupancy on October 1st. We are slightly flexible on move in timeframe. Please email, text, or call for a showing. The initial lease term is 12 months. After the initial lease, we renew agreements on an annual basis. Each subsequent lease agreement is a month to month lease with a 60 day notice from the end of the month. We do have a no move out clause on all month to month leases that lasts from October 31 to February 28. We would consider a cat with an additional deposit.
