Fresh Grocer is two blocks away and the subway station is literally just outside. 24 hour lobby security services and a gym is located on the lobby floor. Laundry machines are also featured on the main floor, along with 2 TV lounge areas, a conference room, study lounge, and a game/TV room. It is spacious enough for 3 people, with either 1 person splitting the large bedroom or 1 person staying in the main room.
