Our condo is on an uncrowded beach just south of the pier in Imperial Beach. There is an estuary across the street with walking trails & world class bird watching opportunities. Seacoast Drive is full of hip restaurants, Great surfing opportunities, annual Sun & Sea Festival/Sandcastle competitions, 5 min drive to Silver Strand bike path, & 10 min drive to outlet mall & Coronado. IB is a great little beach town. The condo includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully set up. Condo has tile, hardwood and laminate flooring throughout and has a modern feel. 1 underground parking space & street parking spaces. Renting date can be earlier if desired. A cleaning fee of $200 will be taken out of the security deposit at the end of the lease.
