I have lived in this house since it was built in 1963. My wife and I raised 4 daughters and a son here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Neighbors have never been a bother; rather they are friendly and helpful. Newman Elementary School is within walking distance at the corner of Pipeline and Walnut. It is a great house for a growing family. It is a custom home, built by Loren Jackson and not a tract home
