As soon as you open the front door you will see the stairs leading up to the room (which will be on the right). Your cozy space includes a full bath(porcelain counter with granite flooring and walls), the room has wood flooring and a walk-in closet respect and privacy is the name of the game. About me: I'm a Norwegian dance enthusiast, rubbing shoulders with Austin's break-dancing scene. By day, I freelance in Graphic Design, and have a few other methods of income. I occasionally lay down some tracks though my music vibes have been low-key lately. My adorable 5-year-old dimple smile daughter brightens up the place, spending one week with me and one week with her mom. Most of the time when she's with me we're gone at a park or something til 7pm then when we get back it's eat and hit the sack! Seeking a chill, clean, and respectable roommate who appreciates positive energy. If you can appreciate an extremely chill, zero drama, type of atmosphere, with some occasional Norwegian spoken here and there this might just be your new home! No cigarettes, weed or anything considered to be a "drug" is to be used on the premises. Id be okay with smoking outside though. I do not have any pets. I don't want to deal with any odors or damages, that the land lord could complain to me about when I eventually decide to move. Parking is available outside by street infront of house.
