Adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The spacious front porch overlooks an impressive yard which is great for dogs. There is also a small, secure dog run accessible via dog door from house. Yard maintenance is provided by the landlord, who lives next door. A Bar-b-que deck, a picnic deck, fire circle and gazebo are some of the outdoor features on the property. The boat slip adjacent to the property is suitable to launch a canoe or kayak. Short term leases are available. Owner pays for water, lawn maintenance, appliance repairs and general upkeep costs. Long term ( 6 months+) renters must set up electric and internet/cable accounts.
