It's about a 15 minute walk to CSU classes and is a block away from a bus stop that will take you everywhere else. You get your own room and your own bathroom with this apartment and there is a large parking lot that never fills up so there should always be parking. We're looking for a 1 year lease. I do not smoke yet you can if you want just do it on the patio, I will go out to the bars and drink at home sometimes mostly with my best friend. I'm pretty quiet and stay in my room for the most part though.
