After years of dreaming and planning, we've finally created our perfect retreat... and we're thrilled to share this exceptional experience with you. Our stylish ADU sleeps 2 comfortably with a plush full bed and custom built-in closets that maximize every inch of the thoughtfully designed home. The views from our hand-laid stone patio really are incredible. Watching the sunset paint the sky over the iconic Rose Bowl is absolutely mesmerizing - it's something that never gets old. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee as the golden hour light dances across the mountains or dining al fresco in the evening, this beautifully landscaped outdoor space is pure magic. If you love to cook, our gourmet chef's kitchen offers everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece. High-end appliances and thoughtfully selected finishes make even simple meals feel special. We've included an in-unit washer and dryer because we know the little conveniences make all the difference when you're away from home. And the gorgeous bathroom features premium finishes and abundant storage. The Rose Bowl, Brookside Golf Course, Rose Bowl aquatic center, 5k loop, and multiple hiking trails are directly outside your door. We are a quick 5-minute drive (or pleasant 45-minute walk) south to vibrant Old Town Pasadena with its incredible dining, shopping, and entertainment along Colorado Boulevard. Caltech is less than 2 miles southeast, while JPL (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory) is just 3 miles north for those visiting these world-renowned institutions. Downtown Los Angeles is a quick 12-mile drive south, while all of Southern California is at your fingertips beaches, mountains, and everything in between. We have curated this space as a personal sanctuary for discerning adult travelers. We've poured our hearts into every design detail, from the professional landscaping to the custom storage solutions. While we love children (we have 4 grandkids of our own!), this intimate space has been optimized for adults seeking a sophisticated retreat. We're unable to accommodate pets at this time. We are eager to host you in our designer haven! **Note: the ADU is on the same property as our family home. Lease Duration: 2 month minimum stay, ideally looking for 3+ month lease Rent Amount: $4,500 with all utilities included for leases under 1 year. Open to discuss longer lease terms.
