RENT COST: $2400 rent per month including all utilities, Internet, and cable TV in living room (with premium HD channels like sports, HBO, Showtime, etc). The only extra charge is if you'd want a cable TV box in one or both bedrooms, which we'd need to order via Verizon. Parking for 2 spots is included if you need it.
