At this moment with COVID-19 I am NOT doing any walk-through unless you have filled out an application and given me your application deposit and you are partially approved. Then we can arrange a time to do a walk-through and sign the lease and if you like it I will cash your deposit. Then before you move in I will need the rest of the rent prior to getting keys. If you like the place I will need a non-refundable application fee of $150 to move forward with verifying your application. I will need proof of income to make sure you can afford the rent and assets to show you have the damage deposit. Once you have been approved, then we can schedule a walk-through and sign the lease and receive the damage deposit of $2,250 then I will hold it for you. I will need the first month's rent and any deposits before moving in. Tenant pays all utilities. Free house cleaning 2 hrs bi-monthly. No expense to the tenants.
