This four building, 72 unit apartment complex is located in a prime area on the south side. The complex is made up of 48, 2BR/1BA units and 24 4BR/4BA units. The two bedroom units are in three buildings adjacent to each other and they were built in 1990. The four bedroom units are in one building that was built in 2006. These were being used as student dorms/apartments for AASU then GSU. Since COVID the demand for on campus housing had reduced and the owner has now decided to place them up for sale. At current you must cross the GSU parking lot from Apache ave to access the complex. Dedicated ingress/egress maybe possible. There is no requirements that it has to be leased to students.
