EMPLOYMENT and RENTAL VERIFICATION will be CHECKED. $30 per person for the Application Fee which is Non-Refundable. Applicants must have 600+ credit and the combine annual income must be $28,000 or more. Security Deposit is $800. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. $250 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable per pet). $25/monthly Pet Rent per pet. Tenants are responsible for paying their own utilities.
