Located near Hilligans Restaurant, CampusWalk provides garden-style apartment living within easy walking distance of WKU campus and your favorite downtown hangouts. CampusWalk is made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Most apartments have a private balcony facing the courtyard, complete with a fire pit and rocking chairs. CampusWalk shares a resident-only parking lot with our leasing office and on-site amenities on 1240 Center St. This building has access to our fitness center, resident lounge, and several private study spaces. Walk2Campus has been in Bowling Green since 2015. Leases run from August 15, 2025 to July 27, 2026. Residents are responsible for all utilities, which are rebilled through Walk2Campus.
