It is easy to access the bike trails to ride all over boulder at the corner of the neighborhood as well as get on the local or airport bus. The house is very light upstairs and downstairs with a nice second level deck off the kitchen. There are multiple living spaces with a separate kitchenette, living room, 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs if 2 single people want to rent and each have their own space. It is on a quiet street. I would consider a small well behaved dog for and extra nonrefundable deposit 300$ and xtra monthly fee 50$. The lease would be for 4-5 mos from end of October until March 31, 2026. There is some wiggle room with this. Would be open if there was just one or two people to lower the rent and just use the 2 bedrooms downstairs with me having the option to stop home for a week or so to gather things ( not very likely). I would cover all utilities and internet within reason. The house is fully furnished. The garage would not be included but you could store a bike etc in there. I will have my car there.
