This is a Motel and we rent out rooms from October 20, 2025 until April 30, 2026, during our slower time of the year. No smoking or pets in the room, you can smoke 30 feet away from the building. You will need to have your own linens, towels, wash cloths & personal necessities. There is a Microwave and a mini fridge, hot plate and toaster oven in the room. WiFi and Roku TV and all utilities are included. Washer and Dryer available in our guest laundry room. You will need to sign a month to month lease.
