Inland Lake motel is a recently remodeled motel in Indian River, MI The space Room 5 at Inland in a Studio-Style with 1 Queen Bed. A small table and chairs provide the perfect laptop work space. This room has a hot plate, microwave oven and toaster oven for limited cooking. Cookware, dishes, silverware and some limited utensils are provided. The room also has a coffee pot, coffee, creamer and sugar are included. A small refrigerator/freezer is available for use. A tub/shower combo complete this room nicely. Perfect for limited or long-term rental. This is a Motel and we rent out rooms from October 20, 2025 until April 30, 2026, during our slower time of the year. No smoking or pets in the room, you can smoke 30 feet away from the building. You will need to have your own linens, towels, wash cloths & personal necessities. There is a Microwave and a mini fridge, hot plate and toaster oven in the room. WiFi and Roku TV and all utilities are included. Washer and Dryer available in our guest laundry room. You will need to sign a month to month lease. We will be cleaning/inspecting your room once a month for a $30.00 fee. Ask for details. First months rent and security deposit must be received before moving in.
