We're in a recently remodeled 3 bedroom house on a quiet street in Escondido. It's 15 minutes from Cal State San Marcos close to Palomar College freeway access shopping and restaurants. Getting to the beach is a 25 min drive. Rent includes includes all utilities and internet. I can furnish the room if needed. We share kitchen utensils food storage etc. I have a three station workout gym in the office that you are free to use. In the pictures I'm still in the process of cleaning up but the house will be ready by June. The rent is month to month with no lease but you should expect to be here at least three months. The deposit is the same as rent and is fully refundable if you leave the room in the same condition as when you moved in and if you give a full month's notice before you move out. - Newly installed jetted-tub. - Wired Ethernet (network internet) jacks on all rooms. About us: We're in our 20s and 30s not a couple. We keep the public areas clean and never fight. No drugs or guns in or near the house. We respect each other's boundaries. Super chill no drama. I'm not sure if we can accommodate any pets. We already have some cats (living in the backyard mostly). No dogs sorry. Caged pets should be okay so please ask. The room is about 9'3"x11'5". The closet is 7'6" long and 2' deep with lots of storage on top. The rent is month to month with no lease, but you should expect to be here at least three months.
