A $200 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged gate remote. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged parking tag. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. Hanging items from balconies is prohibited.
