This furnished Trailer is in the back yard of a gated house in an improving part of South Los Angles near beaches with a cool sea breeze. You would have access to complimentary smart flat screen TV Netflix wireless internet back yard with barbeque grill fire pit patio table umbrella chairs water and electricity for 850 per month on a month to month contract with an 850 refundable security deposit. You could have the trailer all to yourself or you could bring other people to save on rent. Each additional person you bring would be extra rent and security deposit. This Trailer is AVAILABLE January 1st 2019. No pets smoking or subletting. Street Parking only. There is plenty of street parking. This is awesome you might not have to deal with roommates any longer. This trailer comes with its own: air conditioner refrigerator freezer stove oven microwave shower bathroom two queen sized beds table and seating. It plugs into the electricity water and plumbing of the house. Your are welcome to bring your well behaved dates or guests over to spend the night occasionally. I live in the house with my girlfriend and roomates. We have a good low drama vibe and like our friends to be clean respectable professionals who are peaceful non-violent non-heavy drinkers/smokers. We usually clean up our messes right after we make them so the house and yard never really get dirty or look cluttered. We try to be quite enough that our next door neighbors can't hear us too often. We also are usually quiet after 11:30 PM at night until 9 AM in the morning. We usually work in the day and sleep at night. There is usually a family renting the house upstairs so please keep the yard uncluttered and safe so that they can enjoy the yard too. The trailer is to stay in the back of the house and cannot be towed anywhere. To rent this trailer you should have general knowledge of how to take care of a camping trailer or be willing to learn. You would be responsible for draining the plumbing tanks about once per month depending on frequency of use and buying and adding 1/2 ounce TankTechs Rx probiotics each time you drain the tanks to keep the tanks clean which is easy because the plumbing tanks are already connected into the plumbing of the house. We request that when you use the airconditioning that you only use the air conditioning with the windows doors and roof vents closed and only when you are home to save on our electric bill. We request the same thing if you plug in a space heater to heat the trailer because it uses up a lot of electricity. You may want to crack a window open about half an inch to let some fresh air in when you are using heat or the A/C or the vent when taking a shower to let the steem out. You will be responsible for refilling the propane tanks for the stove water heater furnace and BBQ if you use them. And buy your own fire wood for the fire pit if you use it. It only costs about 10 to refill a standard propane grill sized bottle at the nearby gas station and I will loan you 2 double size tanks so you don't have to refill them that often. You would not have access to inside of the house. Please make sure you and your guests only buy and use RV safe toilet paper and that no one puts anything else down the toilet that will not dissolve with the Tank Techs RX probiotics. Must have a 650 or higher credit score provide proof of employment and that you make 2500 or more per month.
