The trailer comes with airconditioning, heater, shower bathroom, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, smart flat-screen TV, stove, oven, two queen size beds, twin bed, table, lots of storage cabinets, electricity, water, trash, high-speed internet, and many other amenities. This furnished Camper is parked in a beautiful gated back yard full of fruit trees shaded by a two-story house in an improving part of South Los Angles only about 10 miles from the ocean beaches with a cool sea breeze most of the year and airconditioning for when it is hot outside. $995 per month and $995 security deposit, with a 650 or higher credit score. We may accept less than 650 FICO credit score with a double refundable security deposit. The camper comes with shared front yard, back yard, barbeque grill, fire pit, patio table, umbrella, chairs, orange tree, apple tree pink grapefruit tree, lime tree, plum tree, peach tree, banana trees, and a black berry bush all included on a month to month rental agreement. This is awsome, you might not have to deal with roommates anymore, or you could bring other people to save on rent. Each additional person living with you would be an extra $300 rent and $300 added to the security deposit. This trailer is AVAILABLE now. No pets, smoking, or subletting. Street parking only. Street parking is pretty good for Los Angeles. The trailer plugs into the electricity water and plumbing of the house, all included for no extra charge. If you like to keep things clean and live by yourself, this is probably one of the least expensive ways to live in Los Angeles and save up money for a house, investments, or vacation. I live in the house with roommates. We have a good low-drama-quiet-vibe and like our friends to be clean, respectable professionals who are peaceful non-violent non-heavy drinkers/smokers. We usually clean up our messes right after we make them, so the house and yard never really get dirty or look cluttered. We try to be quiet enough that our next-door neighbors can't hear us too often. Most of us usually work in the day and sleep at night. We share the yard, so please keep the yard uncluttered, peaceful, and safe so that we can enjoy the yard, too. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but once you are inside the gates, it is almost like you are in a tropical paradise. The camper is to stay parked in the back of the house and is not permitted to be towed anywhere. To rent this camper, you should have general knowledge of how to take care of a camping trailer or be willing to learn and let me teach you. You would be responsible for draining the toilet tank about once every few weeks, depending on the frequency of use. The sink and shower tank are self-draining. You would also be responsible for purchasing and adding 1/2-ounce of TankTech Rx probiotics each time you drain the toilet tank to keep the tank clean which is easy because the tanks are already connected into the plumbing of the house. You will be responsible for refilling the propane tanks for the stove, hot water heater furnace, and BBQ if you use them. Please buy your own firewood for the fire pit if you use it. It only costs about $15 to refill a standard propane grill sized bottle at the nearby gas station, and I would loan you 2 double size tanks so you don't have to refill them that often. Please make sure you and your guests only buy and use RV safe toilet paper and that no one puts anything else down the toilet or drains that will not dissolve with the Tank Techs RX probiotics so the tanks do not get clogged. Owner pays Electricity, Water, Trash, Gardeners, High Speed Internet, Air Conditioning. Must use Tank Tech RX and RV Toilet Paper to avoid clogs. $995 plus $995 security deposit. Must have 650 or higher credit and show verifiable income of at least 2.5 x the rent per month to qualify. We may accept less than a 650 credit score for a 2x deposit.
