I will send out letters to tenants to make sure they clean the front yard.Building exterior conditions: building is in good condition but it does need some small repairs . Paint job ,Car oil leaks: noneGraffiti: noneCleanness: property is not well cleaned . The front house is the problem . They have a bunch of personal belongings. Also the unit smells bad they are not clean people . Two other units in the back are all taken care of and we'll kept.Recommendations:*paint coat over for both 3 units and also paint side trimmings of the roofNotes : I was able to go inside the units and made sure the carbon and smoke detectors worked. The property is a nice big property but it does need paint job .
