(There are only 3 beds) No more than 2 Children and if you have pets- read our pet policy before requesting more information. Thank you. This home is leased totally furnished. Perfect for those relocating to this area or if you're selling your home & needing a comfy place to live while you look for that next perfect home. Traveling medical staff find it convenient to Advent and Pardee hospitals. The rent is $2,400 per month with a $2,000 refundable security deposit and a $250 "cleaning/ change-over fee". The rent is based on single occupancy. Add $150 for each additional person or pet over the first person. Wi-Fi, some streaming and utilities are included, within reason. Only once in our rental history has a tenant needed to pay a bit more for utilities. (They kept thermostat on 65 degrees in summer) Our home is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath accommodation of 2,675 square feet. It's located in Dogwood Forest, a quiet, well-established community of just 25 homes. There's no thru traffic, and we're just 3 miles from the center of Main Street, in downtown Hendersonville. 2.64 miles to Pardee Hospital and 2.87 miles to Advent hospital. This property shares a private waterfall and bonfire area with the owner, but can be private to you, when requested. There is a spacious primary bedroom and En-suite primary bathroom with a large walk-in closet. It has a King-size bed with an electronically adjustable bed, with dual remotes. This bedroom has a flatscreen tv, sound machine, blackout shades, cooling topper on new mattress. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. It shares a family bath across the hall. Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed and shares the family bath as well. There is a double sleeper sofa in the living room for company. The family bath has a large single vanity with plenty of drawer space and a standard bathtub/ shower combo. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage space. There is a dishwasher, oversized pantry, large Electrolux induction range, Maytag Preforma bottom freezer fridge & a coffee station included in this comfortable kitchen. Everything is supplied, apart from food. The adjoining dining area is spacious, with double doors leading out to the screened porch (lounge & dining area) with steps leading down to the bonfire, patio, and waterfall. There is a Park grill at the patio's edge, for your convenience. The laundry / utility room has a half bath adjoining it, with a large laundry basin as well as cabinets for storage and countertop area for folding. A generous Living-room includes game table and library, with a comfy window seat for reading or birdwatching. The deck overlooking my veggie garden is just off the living room. Lots of books, games & puzzles fill the bookshelves. We've tried to create a very relaxing outdoor space for our guests as well, with a hammock near the waterfall, a wooded picnic area just to the side of the home, as well as a second patio/ dining area in the woods above the waterfall. All provide relaxing spaces to chill, have a meal or just sit and listen to the frogs and waterfall in the evening. (We care for the waterfall & Koi.) The private driveway is long and wide. All photographs posted were taken in the last year & a half. I'm sorry but we do not allow cats or pets (other than what we've listed above) due to allergy issues with guests during our "vacation rental" time. Tenant has the use of one side of the 2-car garage. (Maintenance and landscape equipment and supplies are kept on the other side) Please let us know if you have any questions. For this short-term rental home, we lease to no more than 4-persons at a time and no more than 2 children. If you have a pet/dog , be sure to ask for a Pet Application to complete & return with vet records & a photo of your dog. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS can be considered due to guest allergies when this home is let as an Airbnb. We have cats in our personal home & do love them- but cannot have them in our rentals. Please note that this is a "SMOKE FREE" Property. Inside & out. HOA regulations DO NOT allow motorcycles or Recreational Vehicles. Sorry. There is a $2,500 refundable security deposit. A $250 non-refundable "cleaning/ change-over" fee. Water, gas, and electricity are included in the monthly rental fee. * (within reason) Wi-Fi is included. Hulu, PBS Passport, Prime Video, and Disney Plus, streaming provided at this time. Trash removal is not included in your monthly fee. End of drive pickup available for $27 a month, or we are a quarter of a mile away from the recycling center.
