It is a warm and welcoming home. The color palette is neutral and love the wood floors throughout. My favorite room is the screened in porch! All the houses back up to an acre of level, open common ground affording more privacy per home and level playing field for outdoor games. House was totally updated 2011-2012. A covered maintenance free front porch was added to the footprint of the house. All windows (Renewal by Andersen), light fixtures, doors, hinges, door knobs, pulls were replaced with oil rubbed bronze with a few exceptions (brushed nickel), solid wood six panel doors, hardwood flooring, ceramic flooring in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, custom ceramic tile shower in master with seamless oil rubbed bronze shower doors. Kitchen & wet bar counter tops replaced with granite. Kitchen has double deep sink with high arc single handle pull down faucet; subway tile backsplash and under counter lighting. Wet bar has high arc single handle bar faucet subway tile backsplash and under counter lighting. Bathroom counters and sinks replaced. Two built in desk counter tops replaced. Bead board in the kitchen/den and wainscoting in the dining room/upstairs hallway. The living and dining room have decorative crown molding adding an element of elegance. Den has box beams, bead board to chair rail, wood burning stove and custom ivory colored shutters. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with built in SS/black counter stove top and in-wall double oven.
