We rebuilt this McGregor between 2002-2005. We converted the standalone garage to an office. It has extensive gardens, patios and a 3.2 kilowatt solar system + electric car charge port. Additional work (a new driveway and re-sanding/sealing hardwood floors) took place in 2012; and a final round of extensive remodeling was conducted in 2016 (New kitchen, bathroom updates, new south-side foundation, new entry steps, patio, and landing, removal of old Chimney, a newly designed roof, downspouts, and various cosmetic repairs )
