Okay, Zillow (those @sshats) changed my number for "security reasons" and calls were NOT going through. So, if you don't reach me, text or email if you have to, just tell me the best time to reach you so I don't have to waste my time leaving endless voicemails that are never returned. Anyway... Ha ha! Success! Finally got some photos of the house downloaded so you can see what the ad is all about. However, what the photos can't show you is the great neighborhood this house is in. Close to everything, yet rural-ish feel. The yard (front and back) is amazing. House is huge and has brand new carpet and almost every room has fresh paint. Stainless appliances, fancy-pants window treatments and an attached garage for two cars (but you can fit 50 in the driveway). To be clear, you are getting a practically new family home. Full bath and master bedroom (with both walk-in shower and separate claw foot tub), washer and dryer included, dining room, large living room and wood floors. There are three additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. You can frog-march your little darlings to one end of the house where they can scream their heads off, while you're miles away in the family room watching reruns of House without the need to chase them around, wielding a wooden spoon, shout "QUIET! THIRTEEN IS ABOUT TO SAY SOMETHING PROFOUND, AND I WANT TO HEAR IT!" Okay, so the only downside is vacuuming is a chore, I'm not going to lie, but you can always tag the little monster who DID interrupt your 'ME' time to tackle the weekly hoovering. No judgements, chores are good for kids. At least, that's what was repeated to me throughout my childhood, so there you go. Oh, and you get to meet ME! Awesome landlord extraordinaire! Seriously, my tenants love me. Why, you ask? Well, first of all, we have a really cool month to month lease (with a year's minimum- call and I'll explain it to you), we only ask for first months rent and deposit a bit bigger than one months rent, no last months in advance. Must less money to move in. AAAAnd we are REALLY pet friendly. Pitt bulls, German Shepard, dragons and unicorns, as long as they're friendly, with a monthly pet rent, they're allowed (no additional pet deposit). Uh, except chickens. It's a long story...
